Calls my work, he calls my cell phone everyday. When he calls my work he thinks that my co workers are me. He says that I owe money to him. He say that if I do not pay that there is a judgement will be held against my name and my social security number. I want him to stop calling me. The guy has an accent and I want the scam to stop.

They called and told me my subscription to "Discover" magazine had expired. They said that I was a special customer and offered me free gifts if I buy a three year subscription. I deal was good only today, so I gave them my Credit card info. At the end of the conversation they told me they were an outfit called Buisness Subscriber. They gave me a name and phone number to call in case I have any questions. I called Discover Magazine to conffirm my purchase and they told me that i was scammed They had no affliation with that telemarketer. So beware. The telemarketer is in Scottsdaie, AZ. They keep calling me and my husband saying I owe money. They even have some of my information, I just wish they would leave me alone. I do not owe anybody, They have change the name of the company I owe three times.

Keeps calling and not leaving messages.

I received a call from this company about a legal case against me. Wouldnt give any info on dates or what company this debt or uncollected loan was for. He just said "cash advance" said I could pay $490 or they will move forward with legal action. When i wouldnt pay he said they will take that as I will take my chances in court, and disconnected. Then I attempted to call back and it was busy. He called back with a message on my voicemail that he'd give me one last chance to pay if not they will inform everyone I'm a criminal, my manager and dept of work and so on (psyco)........clearly they're just trying to get payment.

Caller was a female telling me that she want to confirm a order from Staples delivering to my company. But I never placed any order using my cell phone on my company name. Asking her how she get my number, she told me that she has my address too. It's a big scam...Beware..

Some goddamn mexican woman was mumbling some crap in mexican. I told her to shut the fuck up and she hung up.

Called hung up, called back and when answer hangs up.

Continues to call me cell now several times in a couple of days. Never leaves a voicemail.
